Project Summary:

We are seeking to develop a web-based system to manage overseas recruitment requests. The system should connect clients (hospitals/companies in Saudi Arabia), overseas recruitment agencies, and our internal team.

Key Features Required:

Job order management (title, requirements, salaries, status).

Multi-agency management with performance tracking.

Candidate management (CV upload, status tracking, interview results).

Interview scheduling (remote/onsite) with notes.

Invoice and cost management (recruitment fees, tickets, tests).

Reports and dashboards (hiring statistics, costs, agency performance).

Bilingual support (Arabic + English).

Technical Requirements:

Preferably built on Odoo or ERPNext with customized modules,
or custom development using Laravel/Node.js/Django + React/Vue.

Database: PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Responsive and user-friendly design.

Expected Deliverables:

Initial MVP within 3 months.

Full source code with documentation.

Training + one month of post-launch support.
