Outstation Cab Booking Website Development
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a clean, mobile-first website where travellers can quickly arrange out-station rides. The flow is straightforward: a visitor selects One-way, Round trip, or Hourly rental, enters pick-up and drop points, sees the fare, and confirms the ride. Instead of a heavy cart system, the “Book on WhatsApp” button should pass all trip details directly to my business account, while a “Call Now” link lets those who prefer speaking to someone finalise the reservation by phone.
Alongside the booking widget, the site should highlight our services, display fleet photos, and host a short customer enquiry form for custom requests. I also want prominent badges that let users download our Android and iOS apps.
On the back end I must be able to:
• Adjust fares, service areas, and vehicle categories without touching code
• View and export lead data captured from the enquiry form and WhatsApp clicks
• Add or remove vehicles and their drivers as the fleet grows
A simple CMS (WordPress, Laravel, or any lightweight PHP framework) is fine as long as it stays fast and secure. WhatsApp API integration, responsive design, basic SEO setup, and launch support are part of the expected hand-off.
Deliver the full site ready on my domain, plus documentation so my team can manage day-to-day updates.
