Job ID: 39882328

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Store Module — Donut Production & Order Assembly
1. Overview

The Store Module is designed to support the real-time assembly of donuts and order handling at the retail level. It provides:

A staff-facing dashboard with operational messages and an order queue.

A weight control system with live feedback and camera audit.

Event logging for performance tracking and quality control.

Real-time alerts and communication between staff and management.

2. Features
2.1 Staff Dashboard

Displays messages from management (e.g., shift notes, SOP updates).

Shows “Orders to Assemble” queue with order number, item details, and timestamps.

Real-time updates via WebSocket or SSE.

Audio alert (beep) when:

A new order arrives.

A new message is posted.

Additional Functions:

Mark order as “In Progress” and “Completed.”

Filter/search orders (e.g., pending, completed, priority).

2.2 Scale Quality Gate (Weight Control)

The workstation is connected to a bench scale via RS-232.

When the operator places the donut:

The system reads the weight.

If weight is within target tolerance → display Green screen.

If weight is below tolerance → display Red screen.

Tolerance Rules

Each product has a predefined target weight and tolerance margin (from the recipe/BOM).

Example: Target 90g ± 5g → acceptable range: 85–95g.

2.3 Camera Trigger on Weight Failure

When the system displays Red:

Automatically triggers a short video capture (5–10 seconds) from the camera.

This allows auditing if the operator:

Corrected the weight (e.g., added filling), or

Passed the order despite being underweight.

The recorded clip is stored locally

Clip is linked to the weigh event in the system.
