OpenCATS ATS Customization

I need our instance of CandidATS / OpenCATS shaped into a modern, flexible recruiting command-centre. The core tasks are:

• Build a fully custom workflow that mirrors our hiring stages, from first touch through offer.
• Add rich candidate tagging that improves search filters and talent segmentation.
• Design the website job board
• Automate routine emails (screening updates, interview invites, offer letters) with templating and triggers, integration with Microsoft 365 Emails.
• Design a concise dashboard plus downloadable reports so the team can track pipeline health, time-to-hire and source performance.
• The ability to bolt on a resume-parsing service and Bulk Upload the resume in database.
• Bug fixes 
• Migrate the code to latest Php version

Technology stack should remain PHP and MySQL; the codebase already lives there. Practical experience with ATS or wider HRTech systems is non-negotiable, as is a knack for workflow automation.

Deliverables will be accepted once:
• All new workflow stages, tags and filters can be configured from the admin panel.
• Job-board integrations publish and retrieve candidates without errors.
• Email triggers fire on the correct stage changes and log to the candidate record.
• Dashboard widgets and exportable reports accurately reflect live data.

• Source code is clean, documented and deploys to our staging server without breaking existing functionality.
