OpenAI Integration & PDF Formatting Expertise

Hello friends,
I'm looking to integrate OpenAI API into my project. I'd also like to pass a PDF File to OpenAI and return a file that maintains the same formatting of the original file passed to it.
Here are the requirements:
- PDF gets passed to OpenAI, openAI edits the PDF and spits it back with changes.
- The new PDF is hosted locally and temporarily. Users are allowed to generate new PDFs based on their subscription. Note that the Original PDF file is hosted on an aws provider.
- MUST maintain the original formatting.
- The project is in Typscript, React, NextJS.
