Online Memorials and Funerals Custom Web Platform

Develop a custom built web platform for online memorials and funerals in Africa.
We've already built a WordPress based MVP which can be referenced for the development: https://ememorials.co.za/

For the custom build, we'd like the following:
1. A way for the funeral home to easily upload / manage their own memorials, based on the following inputs: https://ememorials.co.za/memorial-submission/
2. A customer dashboard which allows a funeral home to see / manage all of their memorials. This customer section will automatically debit the customer for each memorial they upload. The pricing options need to cater for Individuals who might want to upload a digital memorial themselves, who pay monthly to keep the memorial online, aswell as to Funeral Homes who may want to pay monthly by the amount of memorials.
3. The ability for family members and friends to upload memories (images) with captions.
