Online Marketplace for Transport Services

I’m building an online marketplace where individuals and companies can list, search, buy, and sell transport-related services. The platform also needs a subscription layer so users can purchase recurring access to premium features (we’ll start with quarterly and annual plans).

Core requirements
• Secure account system that lets people sign up with email and password and then confirms each login via two-factor authentication.
• Marketplace module that supports rich service listings and intuitive search filters so buyers can quickly narrow results by route, vehicle type, price, or any custom tags we define later.
• Seamless checkout flow for both one-off service purchases and subscription upgrades (quarterly or annual).
• Ratings and review functionality tied to completed transactions to build trust inside the community.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional web application deployed to a live environment.
2. Admin dashboard for managing listings, subscriptions, and user reviews.
3. Clean, well-documented codebase and brief hand-over guide.

Acceptance criteria
– New users can register with email, verify with 2FA, and log in successfully.
– Sellers can create, edit, and deactivate listings; buyers can search and view results instantly.
– Checkout handles single purchases and subscription enrolment without errors, sending confirmation emails automatically.
– Reviews appear only after a completed purchase and cannot be edited later by the reviewer.
