Online Landlord-Tenant E-Contract System

I need a secure, fully browser-based module added to our existing website that lets landlords and tenants create, edit, e-sign, and store their rental contracts in one place. Only these two roles will ever interact with the tool, so the interface should show a clear landlord view and a separate tenant view while sharing the same core database.

Users will register and log in with nothing more than an email and password. Once inside, a guided contract builder should walk them through each clause, allow live editing, and generate a clean PDF preview before signatures are requested. E-signatures must be legally binding (ESIGN/UETA compliant) and captured directly in the browser on both desktop and mobile.

After signing, the final agreement needs to be encrypted, time-stamped, and stored for easy retrieval in each party’s dashboard. Version history and simple search are important so users can pull up older agreements without contacting support.
