Online Booking Upgrade for Glamping

I run www.onelifeglamping.com.au, where guests can stay in a geodesic dome or a vintage caravan. The site is live, but enquiries still arrive by email and socials, so I’m ready for a proper booking engine. I want visitors to:

• check a live calendar for each accommodation
• see the exact price for their chosen dates
• book instantly without waiting for manual approval
• receive an automatic confirmation email the moment payment clears

I don’t have a preferred platform yet, so I’m relying on your advice. Whether it’s a WordPress plugin, a third-party SaaS widget, or a lightweight custom build, the solution must deliver the four points above, blend with my existing design and stay mobile-friendly. Once it’s live, I should be able to adjust rates, blackout dates and email templates on my own.

Deliverables
• Recommend one or more booking tools that support calendar view, instant booking, date-based pricing and automated emails, outlining any licence fees.
• Install, configure and style the chosen solution for both the dome and the caravan listings.
