Online Booking System with SMS Confirmation, Technician Scheduling & On-The-Way Alerts
Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced developer to build a fully automated online booking system for my website,

My business provides services across Melbourne including TV antenna installations, TV wall mounting, CCTV, and home theatre setup.
Customer Booking Requirements:
Customers must be able to:
select a service
choose a date
choose a 2-hour time window
enter their details including name, phone number, address, and notes
submit the booking online
Time Slot System:
I have 3 technicians, and each technician can handle 4 jobs per day maximum.
Available booking windows are:
8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
The system must:
limit bookings to 4 jobs per technician per day
allow a total of 12 jobs per day across all 3 technicians
prevent overbooking automatically
allow me to block out unavailable dates or times when needed
Automation & Technician System:
Once a booking is made, the system must:
automatically add the job into a dashboard or app for technicians
allow jobs to be viewed by technicians
allow assignment of jobs if needed
provide an admin panel for full control
SMS Confirmation:
When a customer completes a booking, they must receive an instant SMS confirmation.
The SMS should include:
booking date
booking time window
service booked
business name
Technician On-The-Way Notification:
I also want a button in the technician app/dashboard that the technician can click when they are 30 minutes away from the customer.
When this button is clicked, the system should automatically send the customer an SMS message letting them know the technician is on the way and approximately 30 minutes away.
This feature should:
be easy for the technician to use
work from mobile phone or app/dashboard
instantly send the SMS
ideally log that the message was sent
