Ongoing Website Infrastructure Optimization Partner

I need a hands-on, strategic partner who will undertake a review of our entire web stack and provide recommendations, management and ongoing improvements of our web stack, all while ensuring we retain 100 % ownership of every asset, repo, and credential. The remit spans both front end and back end: polishing the user interface, streamlining every interaction for an outstanding UX, keeping pages fully responsive, and simultaneously tightening database logic, tuning servers for speed and reliability, and handling API integrations whenever new functionality is required.

This is not a ticket-based maintenance role; I want you to audit, report, recommend, and then implement. I looking for a concise roadmap of opportunities you’ve identified, the metrics that back them up, and the improvements you intend to deliver—followed by clear documentation of what was delivered.
