Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I run several small-to-mid-sized web projects and need a highly capable developer who can jump in quickly, own tasks end-to-end, and deliver clean, well-tested code every week. Typical assignments range from building new pages from Figma files to troubleshooting production issues and adding fresh features. Because the workload can vary, I pay on results—expect around $100 per week to start, with plenty of headroom when you consistently hit milestones.

The core stack you will touch most often is HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (vanilla and React), along with a PHP or Node back-end depending on the site. Comfort working with modern build tools (Git, Webpack, npm) is essential. If you have experience wiring up user authentication, integrating Stripe or PayPal, or rolling a lightweight CMS, that versatility will come in handy, although the exact features change from project to project.
Communication happens in English over Slack and Jira. I push code through GitHub, so daily commits and brief stand-up updates are expected. You’ll work autonomously, but I am always available for clarifications, code reviews, and high-level architectural guidance.
Deliverable each week:
• A pull request that satisfies the ticket(s) assigned, fully tested and deploy-ready
• A short report outlining what was completed, any blockers resolved, and suggestions for improvement
