One-Page Clothing Cart Website
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a single-page website that lets shoppers browse my clothing collection, add items to a cart, and complete checkout using Cash on Delivery. The look should be unmistakably modern—clean lines, bold imagery, easy-to-read typography—and it must load and behave perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Core requirements
• Modern, responsive design coded with best practices (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or a lightweight framework of your choice).
• Add-to-cart system with quantity updates and product image thumbnails.
• Checkout flow limited to Cash on Delivery; no online gateways for now, but the code should allow future expansion to Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, or Apple/Google Pay if I decide to enable them later.
• Simple admin access (even a well-commented JSON or CSV file is fine) so I can update product names, sizes, prices, and stock without touching core code.
• Confirmation email or on-screen receipt sent to both customer and me once an order is placed.
• SEO-friendly meta tags and fast load times (compressed images, minimal external libraries).
• HTTPS-ready; I’ll handle the certificate if you give me the deployment steps.
Acceptance criteria
1. Page passes Google Mobile-Friendly Test.
2. Cart totals and Cash on Delivery checkout work in the latest Chrome, Safari, and Firefox (desktop & mobile).
3. Sample product edits can be made by following your hand-off guide in under five minutes.
