One-Page Cab Trip Form with Calculations
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Need a clean, mobile-friendly one-page site whose sole job is to collect cab-trip data. The form is the entire page, no extra sections, menus, or distractions.
Primary purpose
Collect information on every cab trip I take so I can track earnings and expenses in one place.
Fields that must appear, each with clear labels and basic validation:
• Date
• Start time
• End time
• CNG filled amount
• Petrol filled amount
• Uber earnings (without toll & tips)
• Private collection
• Tolls collected from customer
• Tips in Uber
• Other cash expenses
• Cash collected from Uber trips
• Collect Vehicle Front Photo
• Collect Vehicle Driver Side Photo
• Collect Vehicle Passenger Side Photo
• Collect Rear Side Photo
• Starting Speedometer Photo
• Ending Speedometer Photo
• CNG Bill Photo
• Petrol Bill Photo
Functionality requirements - Report to reflect at end
Refer the existing sample google sheet to understand this better (Yellow cells are filled by driver - rest is auto calculated - Each Vehicle has one sheet)

• Need to get Cost/Km
• Revenue per km
• Driver Income share
• Balance transferable
• Responsive layout that works smoothly on a phone in the driver’s seat.
• “Submit” should save the entry to straight into a linked Google Sheet—use whichever you’re quicker with.
• Every Vehicle would have a separate google sheet.
• After submission, show a brief success message and clear the form for the next trip.
• Login is needed - We will share the password.
Deliverables
1. All source files (HTML, CSS, JS, plus any server script).
2. Quick README telling me how to deploy and change the destination storage if needed.
Acceptance criteria
The page loads fast on 4G, every field saves to the target sheet/file exactly as typed, and I can add a new record in under 20 seconds.
That’s all—straightforward, single-purpose, and ready to use on the road.
