Onboarding Form Management Application
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
The application will allow administrators to create onboarding forms, send them in bulk to contract employees, and manage collected data efficiently. It will have role-based access control, ensure data encryption, and be hosted on a Windows Server IIS environment with MS SQL Server as the database.
System Overview
• Form Creation: Generate form links with predefined templates.
• Bulk Import & Emailing: Import employee data from Excel and send form links via email.
• Data Management: View, search, sort, filter and manage collected employee information including organizing imported contract employees into groups, setting contract periods and showing status of employees as contract ended, in progress etc and ability to archive/delete data.
• User Roles: Admin (manage data), Normal User (read-only), Super Admin (manage users).
• Security: End-to-end encryption for sensitive data.
• Hosting: Windows Server IIS with EXE-packaged frontend and backend.
• Database: MS SQL Server.
No restriction on tech stack other than DB, any modern stack works.
