Ola-Style Cab App Suite

I am launching a complete ride-hailing ecosystem that mirrors Ola’s core experience and adds a few workflow tweaks of my own. The build breaks down into three interconnected products:

• Android user app – must handle ride booking, live driver tracking and multiple payment options with the smoothness riders already expect from market leaders.
• Android driver app – alongside standard ride-accept, navigation and history screens, the critical function is an automatic wallet deduction the moment a job is allotted, plus detailed earnings and trip analytics.
• Web-based admin panel – a clean browser interface where I can monitor trips, manage drivers / users, adjust commission settings and inspect financial logs in real time.

Both apps should talk to a shared backend so balances, ride status and notifications stay perfectly in sync across all screens. I am flexible on the specific tech stack as long as it supports scalable push notifications, GPS accuracy and secure in-app payments.

Final deliverables are the full source code, compiled APKs, and a deployed admin site ready for live data. After hand-off I will own the code and credentials, so please keep your commits clean and well-documented to speed future iterations.
