Flutter Developer - Front end and backend.

I have been hiring freelancers/offshore engineers for many projects over 5 years. While it works out, I have seen issues too.

First of all you need to read this project and bid with amount/ time which shows you have read.

I have a company in Pakistan who did
1) My mobile app development (call it 1.0 with all designs/ features/ development) in Flutter. I am planning to launch it in Android and IOS.. I have Apple Dev Account so I am able to test 1.0 app. I have this code in GitHub which I can share.

2) We used data saved in server (I provided hosting account) along with server caching - where they set-up DB, Schema, push/pull code etc. I have hosting server access I can share.. I don't know how to setup DB or move code using file manager. It is in MySQL

3) They also developed small 5/6 pages web portal using data stored so I can show them to my customers. I don't have code for this so we may do it again if we don't get code in PHP/Laravel from existing company. I am not worried about this.


What I am looking for
- Someone to take over all three pieces from this company and work on 1.5 & 2.0 features in next 3-4 months. 1.5 will go out Aug 20.
2.0 Sept 30.
2.5 on Dec 31st.

My sales person will be doing demo and bring features for 2.,0/2,5. I know changes we want in 1.5.
Bid for 100 hours for now. over 30 days.
