Offline Order Function for WooCommerce

I need a custom function for offline ordering on my WooCommerce site using the Shopkeeper theme.

Requirements:
- Price displays as normal
- "Add to Cart" button text changed to "Add to Order"
- "Proceed to Checkout" button changed to "Request Quote"
- Offline order functionality limited to specific products
- Email notification to admin when an order is placed

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in WooCommerce and WordPress
- Experience with the Shopkeeper theme
- Strong understanding of PHP for custom modifications
- Familiar with order processing and notification systems
