Website Development for Office Utility Marketplace + AMC & Reporting System

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PHP + MySQL full-stack developer (or a small team) to build a custom web application that combines:
1. Office Utility Marketplace (Phase 1)
2. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Management System (Phase 2)
3. Reporting Dashboard (Phase 3)

The platform is being built for internal use by companies (clients), and vendors will also be onboarded — but direct communication between vendors and clients will not be allowed.


Key Features & Modules (High-Level Overview):

Phase 1: Office Utility Marketplace
• Company registration & login (email domain restricted)
• Prepaid & Postpaid wallet/billing system
• Vendor registration (with agreed pricing)
• Product listing (office utility/stationery/printing)
• Order flow with admin approval
• Delivery partner integration (SLA-based)

Phase 2: AMC Management System
• Add/view/edit service categories (like AC maintenance, IT support)
• AMC contract input (price, frequency, warranty expiry, reminders)
• Vendor assignment and task flow
• Complaint/Service request log by client
• Status update with technician logs

Phase 3: Reporting
• Monthly and custom date range reports:
• Expenses by vendor/client
• AMC service history
• Order volumes
• Export to Excel / PDF

Tech Preferences:
• PHP (Laravel preferred but core PHP is acceptable)
• MySQL database
• HTML/CSS/JS for frontend
• Optional: React or Vue for frontend (not mandatory)
• Responsive and mobile-friendly design

Deliverables:
• Full source code with documentation
• Database schema
• Admin panel
• Basic UI/UX with room for future design improvements
• Deployment support on hosting (shared or VPS)
• Optional: Ongoing maintenance (to be discussed separately)
