I need a complete online travel agency platform that lets customers search, bundle and pay for flights, car rentals and hotel bookings in a single, streamlined cart. A secure user-login area is required so travellers can retrieve itineraries, modify dates and download invoices at any time.
Behind the scenes I want a robust back-office where I, my admins and call-centre or call centre staff can:
• Manage bookings in real time (issue, cancel, rebook, refund)
• Generate operational and financial reports on demand
• Control user and role permissions for admins, travel agents and customers
channel to create: B2C , B2B(travel agents/ corporate customers ) , B2B2C
UI : WEBSITE- WEB RESPONSIVE APP , APP(ANDROID AND APPLE )
Travel agents will log in to the same system but see tools tailored to their workflow—markup control, client lists and rapid re-quote options—while customers see only their personal history and loyalty information.
Please deliver a responsive web application (or clearly justify a different architecture) with clean, well-documented code, API-ready endpoints for external content feeds and a configuration panel that lets me add new suppliers without developer intervention.
Final hand-off should include:
• Source code and build instructions
• A populated staging database so I can test typical scenarios
• Step-by-step deployment notes and brief training for my team
