OLX-Style Rental Platform
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a ready-to-deploy house-rental platform that works seamlessly on both web and mobile. Think of the core flow you see on OLX or NoBroker, but fully branded for me and focused on the Chennai market at launch, with the codebase structured so new cities can be added later without rewriting major modules.
Primary user role for now is the House Owner. Owners must be able to:
• upload multiple photos per listing,
• write rich, searchable descriptions,
• manage rental payments from within the app (an integrated gateway is essential).
Although searchers and admin panels are obvious next steps, I want the Owner workflow polished first. I also need unrestricted admin access so I retain 100 % control over data, users, and future feature toggles.
Deliverables
• Source code for both web and mobile builds, documented well enough for another developer to pick up.
• A quick demo instance pointed to Chennai data so I can test listings end-to-end.
• Deployment guide covering hosting, database, and payment gateway configuration.
Acceptance criteria
1. An owner can publish a listing with photos, description, rent amount, and location pinned to Chennai.
2. A searcher (demo login) can find that listing by area and contact the owner.
3. Payments flow from searcher to owner, with a transaction log visible to me as admin.
4. I can create, edit, or disable any listing directly from the admin console.
If you already have a proven script or white-label solution that fits these points, let’s talk implementation timeline and any custom tweaks required.
