Niche Networking Web Portal Build

I need a full-featured, browser-based networking portal modelled after LinkedIn but tailored to a specific professional niche. The initial release is strictly Web-only; mobile apps can wait until the platform is stable, so everything you architect should be responsive and able to evolve into iOS/Android later without major refactoring.

Core experience I want online from day one:
• Secure email-and-password registration and login, with proper hashing, password reset flow, and basic GDPR-friendly data handling.
• Rich user profiles that let members showcase a photo, headline, bio, skills, links, and an optional résumé/CV file.
• A real-time or near–real-time messaging system so members can chat one-to-one inside the platform, receive notifications, and keep a conversation history.
• A job board section where companies (or verified members) can post openings, tag them by category/location, and applicants can apply directly from their profile.

Beyond building those features, the portal must include an admin dashboard for user moderation, job-post approvals, and simple analytics (sign-ups, active users, posted jobs). Clean code, modular components, and RESTful (or GraphQL) APIs are important because I plan to integrate external services down the line.

Tech stack is flexible—React or Vue on the front end and any modern backend (Laravel, Node, Django, etc.) are all acceptable as long as the solution is scalable and well-documented. Host on a cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with CI/CD in place.

Delivery is source code in a Git repository, deployment scripts, and a short video walkthrough proving all primary flows work. I will test by creating a profile, sending a message, and applying for a job.
