New Website Development Needed

I’m starting from scratch and need a completely new website. Because this is a fresh build rather than a bug-fix or feature add-on, I’m open to recommendations on the best tech stack, CMS, or framework you prefer working with—whether that’s WordPress, React, Django, or something else you feel suits the project.

Scope
• Create the full website structure, layout, and responsive design.
• Implement core pages (home, about, services/products, contact) with clean navigation.
• Set up any basic integrations we agree on, such as contact forms, social media feeds, or newsletter sign-up.
• Optimize for performance, SEO fundamentals, and modern accessibility standards.

Timing
There’s no strict deadline (“Zaman sınırı yok”), so we can prioritize quality and a thoughtful rollout schedule.

Deliverables
1. Live, fully functional website hosted on my chosen platform or your suggested hosting.
2. Source files and clear documentation for future maintenance.
3. A brief handoff session or guide so I understand how to update content moving forward.
