Need 3d website header and changes in website

I need 3d website header only. Product need to rotate with arrows left and right both side. I will provide all the material to animate the header and product either want in 3d or 2d i will provide. Site is on WordPress woo commerce. Only experience freelancer may contact. This is custom header totally. Need to done in max 10 hours. Budget is 50$.
