Need to build a bidding web app -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
The application would have two sets of users -
1. Customers
2. Brands
Once they login they have to sign up for onboarding which would go to the admin email.
The admin would approve and proceed with legal & other documents for validation.
Signup Fields for both Customer and Brand
*Name -
*Company Name-
*Email-
Country
Address
Once validated admins would approve them and the brands can be onboarded.
For now customers can directly be onboarded to the application filling up all the required fields.
Preferred DB -
At the backend we should configure a local mongo db which should have customer and brand folders for their info
storage. The same database should be used in modular way to store all the information.
Function ( Customer) - Customer will have an option of uploading documents or a form with project/deal details. Then customer will also have an option to select multiple brands and start a bid.
The bid duration by default would be 24 hours but should be customizable.
Once they start the bid, emails would go to the selected brands with the fields/docs filled by the customer initially.
Brands can go to the platform and provide there bid values with Quotes.
After the completion of the bid (this can be completed in due course or can be stopped by the customer at any time),
The customer should be able to see the bid result in their dashboard.
Functionality -
Once a the bid is finalized they should be able to select and allocate work to the brand.
On selection an email will go to the brand and the customer. The email template should have option to
send files attached in the email.
Additionally a Chat field.
Brand should be able to track in their home page what work and other details they are receiving and from
which customers. Same would go for the customers.
The delivery mechanism for brands should be through file uploads for now and have basic provision for
loading the data to db using api (just a provision).
Once the deal is delivered a notification would be sent to the customer and it would reflect in their
dashboard.
Billing Mechanism (only basic structure required- backend finance integration not required for now)-
Initially it would be free for first 10 bids for both brands and customers.
After that they have to pay for a monthly subscription -
1. Tier 1 - min deal - 1000
2. Tier 2 - min deal - 5000
3. Tier 3 - min deal - 20000
4. Tier 4 - min deal - Greater than 50000+
Note - Field names and criteria would all be dummy and can be discussed over call. Dummy costs will for tiers
can be put down as per choice for now.
