Need Developer for Website + Google AdSense Approval (Payment After Approval)

I am looking for an experienced developer who can build a website (HTML5 / WordPress or any platform) and successfully get it approved for Google AdSense.

**Main Requirement:**

* The developer must handle complete work from website creation to AdSense approval.
* Only apply if you are confident in getting AdSense approval.

**Scope of Work:**

* Create a professional website
* Select a suitable niche
* Add all required pages (About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms)
* Upload high-quality content
* Optimize website for AdSense policies
* Apply for AdSense and get approval

**Important Condition:**

* Payment will be released ONLY after successful AdSense approval.
* No upfront or partial payment.
* If AdSense is not approved, no payment will be made.

**Rules:**

* No black-hat methods (fake traffic, bots, copied content)
