NDIS Compliance & Lead Gen Platform

I need a full-featured web application that lets NDIS providers stay perfectly aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards, the Quality and Safeguards Framework, and all Incident Management and Reporting obligations, while simultaneously attracting new clients.

Core workflow tools must cover compliance tracking, a secure document vault, and an intuitive client management area where support plans, notes, audits, and real-time alerts sit in one place. On the marketing side, I want built-in lead generation: automated email sequences that can be scheduled or triggered by user behaviour, a simple drag-and-drop landing-page builder that speaks to non-technical staff, and clear analytics so providers can see which campaigns convert. Google Analytics or a comparable open-source alternative is fine as long as performance and privacy are considered.

This needs to be a product we can resell, so multi-tenant architecture, white-label branding options, and licence management are part of the brief. I’m open on tech stack—Laravel, Node, Django, or another mainstream framework—as long as security (ISO-27001 practices, role-based access, encrypted data at rest and in transit) is baked in from day one.

Acceptance criteria will be a live demo that passes an internal compliance checklist and shows one working lead-gen funnel from landing page through to automated email, with analytics reporting engagement.
