MyRecruita.
Homepage
User lands on the MyRecruita homepage and sees two standout CTA buttons: “Explore Roles” and “Submit Your CV.” They also notice the top menu bar with navigation options: Home | Explore Roles | Submit CV | Your Career Partner | Featured Talent | About | Contact. The user then chooses a path depending on their intent — job seeking, career support, or hiring.
Explore Roles Workflow
User clicks “Explore Roles” (from CTA or menu) and lands on the Job Listings Page with block-style job posts. Filtering options allow narrowing by sector, location, or keyword. The user scrolls through available roles, each with a job title, location, short description, and unique job reference ID (e.g., MR-2025-014). Clicking a job block redirects to the Job Details Page, where they can read the full job description, requirements, and perks. A standout CTA button appears: “Call MyRecruita to get this job?” or “Apply Now.” The user can submit interest via a quick form with name, email, and phone.
Submit CV Workflow
User clicks “Submit Your CV” (from homepage or top menu) and is taken to a CV submission form page. They enter their name, email, phone number, upload a CV, and optionally add a message. Clicking “Submit” sends the form submission to email. The user receives confirmation and is encouraged to explore roles or visit the Career Partner page.
Your Career Partner (CV Workshop) Workflow
User clicks on “Your Career Partner” from the top menu and lands on a dedicated career support page with a welcoming headline (e.g., “Your Journey, Our Mission”). They scroll through support offerings such as free CV reviews, tailored CV building, LinkedIn profile audits, and mock interviews. The user chooses to submit their CV for feedback or book a 15-minute session. Clicking “Enhance My CV” or “Book My Session” opens a short form (name, email, CV upload, message). Submission goes to MyRecruita’s inbox for follow-up.
Featured Talent Workflow (For Employers)
An employer or hiring manager clicks “Featured Talent” in the top menu and lands on a talent showcase page. This page displays anonymised candidate profiles in block format with brief overviews: role (e.g., “Audit Manager”), sector, years of experience, preferred location, and a unique candidate reference (e.g., TAL-MR-009). Clicking “Request Full Profile” opens a form asking for name, company, email, and optional message, with the reference ID auto-filled. The form is submitted to email, and the team follows up with the candidate’s full profile and a call if needed.
