I want to launch a simple, clean website that lets potential investors explore, evaluate, and ultimately invest in mutual funds through me. The look and feel should stay uncluttered, yet professional enough to inspire confidence—think ample white space, clear typography, and a straightforward user journey from landing page to lead capture.

Core functionality I need live on day one includes:
• Investment calculators that help visitors compare SIP vs. lump-sum scenarios, projected returns, and goal-based amounts.
• A blogging area where I can regularly post market insights, tax tips, and fund spotlights. This must be easy for me to update myself, preferably through a CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly intuitive backend.
• Lead-generation elements—prominent enquiry forms, downloadable guides behind an email gate, and optional call-back request buttons—all funnelling to my CRM or, at minimum, to a dedicated email inbox.

Pages will be mobile-responsive, SEO-friendly, and secured with SSL. If you have packaged solutions for user registration, fund-performance charts, or portfolio dashboards, feel free to propose them; I may add those in a later phase.

Deliver the complete site ready to deploy on my hosting, supply any custom calculator code, and give me a quick walkthrough so I can manage content on my own.
