Music Academy Website & Portal

I run a growing music academy and need a modern public-facing website joined to a secure portal that takes over the bulk of our day-to-day admin. Everything I expect is mapped out screen-by-screen in the PDF attached, so please read that first.

The portal must support separate log-ins for students, instructors, and administrators. Once inside, the system should automatically handle class scheduling (with calendar sync and rescheduling options), accept online payments, and track each student’s progress in a way that teachers and parents can both follow.

To keep our current workflow intact, the build has to integrate smoothly with:
• our existing Learning Management System,
• a mainstream payment gateway, and
• live video-conferencing tools for virtual lessons.

I’m flexible on the tech stack as long as it is reliable, mobile-responsive, and easy for my team to maintain after launch. Clean UI/UX, secure data handling, and clear documentation are essential.

Deliverables I need from you:
• Complete website + portal source code in a private repo
• Database schema and migration scripts
• API/third-party integrations fully configured
• Admin manual and brief hand-over training
• Two rounds of testing on your staging server before final deployment
