Multilingual Campus Navigation Website

I'm looking for a developer to create a multilingual campus navigation website for our compassion project. The site will help users find important places on campus, like the library and admission office etc.

Requirements:
- Main page with website details
- Five language options: English, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi
- Language-specific pages with text-based directions
- Screen reader compatibility

Ideal skills and experience:
- Web development
- Experience with multilingual websites
- Accessibility standards knowledge
- UI/UX design for simple navigation
