I need a mobile-enabled website similar to Facebook Marketplace for a multi-vendor, recurring subscription-based platform. Paid subscribers can post construction machinery for sale with their contact information. very similar to https://www.machinerytrader.com/

This site though will be a very watered-down version of https://www.machinerytrader.com/
allowing for inventory load so customers can then decide to contact the vendor to complete the transaction outside of the website. Just like Facebook marketplace.

Requirements:
- HTTPS secure
- User roles: Admin, Vendor, Customer
- Multiple payment integrations: Credit card, Bank transfer, PayPal
- Subscribers can upload multiple images and/or short videos
- Inventory page showing all items for sale from various vendors
- Admin has access to all inventory
- Pages: About, Sign up, Contact, Load/Manage Inventory, Main Inventory Page, Admin
