Multi Service Application Website
Budget: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 INR
I’m planning a small, focused web platform that lets visitors apply online for four government-related services—Pan, GST, Aadhar Udhyam and CSC—through a single, responsive interface. Each application flow must collect the applicant’s personal details, accept document uploads (PDF, JPEG, PNG) and let the user check real-time status updates from a personal dashboard.
Key elements I need you to handle:
• Authentication: mobile-number–based OTP only; no email or social logins.
• Payments: integrate SabPaisa’s wallet gateway end-to-end, covering order creation, callback handling and automatic status update once payment is confirmed.
• Application modules: separate, clearly labelled forms for Pan, GST, Aadhar Udhyam and CSC, all saving to a secure database.
• Admin panel: view, filter and download submissions, trigger manual status changes and resend payment links when needed.
• User dashboard: show submitted applications with progress badges (e.g., Pending, Under Review, Approved) and allow users to upload additional documents when requested.
• Code stack: I’m flexible, but prefer something lightweight (Laravel, Django or Node/Express are all fine) with a clean REST structure so future mobile apps can reuse the APIs.
Acceptance criteria
1. User can sign up with a verified mobile OTP, start any of the four applications, pay through SabPaisa and see “Payment Successful” along with an application reference number.
2. Admin can log in, open an application, change its status, and the applicant sees the new status instantly on refresh.
3. All sensitive data is stored encrypted at rest; file uploads are virus-scanned on arrival.
4. Site is responsive and passes Google Lighthouse performance and accessibility scores above 80.
