Multi-Role Ecommerce Web & Apps

I need a complete ecommerce ecosystem built as a responsive website plus native Android and iOS apps. The platform must recognise four distinct user types—customers, vendors, delivery partners and the super-admin—each entering through a separate login window and viewing only the tools intended for their role.

Customer side
I want shoppers to enjoy the usual conveniences of a modern store: intuitive browsing, fast search and filter options, a smooth checkout flow and the ability to follow their order from payment through delivery.

Vendor side
Every seller should be able to add or edit products, confirm or reject orders and keep an eye on basic sales metrics from a clean dashboard.

Delivery-partner side
Drivers will log in to receive assignments, update delivery status in real time and, ideally, see the best route before heading out.

Admin side
From one secure panel I must be able to onboard or suspend users, adjust commissions, configure taxes and coupons, push alerts, view consolidated reports and generally keep the entire operation humming.

Tech & integration notes
• I am open to PHP-Laravel, Node, or another scalable backend if you can justify it.
• Native languages (Swift/Kotlin) are welcome, though Flutter or React Native is acceptable if performance remains high.
• REST / GraphQL APIs must be well documented so future features can be added without a full rewrite.
• Please include payment-gateway integration, OTP login, push notifications, basic GDPR compliance and any standard security hardening you normally provide.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website deployed on my cloud account
2. Android & iOS apps published under my developer profiles
3. Source code with clear comments and a one-time hand-over call or screencast
4. Setup documentation and a short admin user guide
