Multi-Province Restaurant Ordering Webapp

I need a mobile-first web app that lets customers pick a province, browse the restaurants available there, build an order, and then send that order directly to the restaurant through WhatsApp while a copy lands in a simple admin dashboard for my team.

Only a customer role is required; restaurant owners and staff never sign in. To keep things friction-free, the customer will be asked only for name and phone number when they arrive, and at checkout the form collects name, phone, and delivery address—nothing more.

Typical flow
1. Province selected → list of restaurants in that province appears.
2. Customer chooses a restaurant, adds menu items, reviews the cart.
3. “Confirm” opens WhatsApp (web or app) with a pre-filled message to the restaurant’s number and simultaneously logs the same data in the admin panel.

Key deliverables
• Responsive front end that handles province and restaurant filtering with a clean, lightweight UI.
• WhatsApp deep-link or Business API integration for one-tap order sending.
• Small backend and database to store restaurant details and capture orders for the admin list view.
• Basic admin page that displays incoming orders and lets us mark them as processed.
