Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer/team to build a Tender Notification Platform where our company employees can post tenders, and registered users will receive notifications through web, mobile app, and email/SMS.
The system must include local payment gateway integration to allow users in our region to subscribe and access tenders.
Key Features:
For Employees (Admin/Staff):
Secure login for employees
Create, edit, and publish tenders
Manage categories, locations, deadlines, and documents
Role-based access (Admin / Employee)
For Users (Subscribers):
User registration & login
Subscription plans with local payment integration (e.g., [insert local payment provider like Telebirr, CBE Birr, etc.])
Tender search & filtering (category, location, keywords, deadline)
Notifications via:
Mobile App push notifications (iOS & Android)
Email
SMS (via local SMS gateway)
User dashboard with saved tenders
Mobile Apps:
iOS and Android apps (React Native / Flutter recommended)
Push notifications for new tenders
Tender browsing, search, and subscription management
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-stack web development (Django, Laravel, Node.js, or similar).
Experience building mobile apps (Flutter/React Native preferred).
Knowledge of local payment gateway integration (e.g., Telebirr, CBE Birr, or other Ethiopian providers).
Experience with notifications (email, SMS, push notifications).
Strong database knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Ability to deploy & secure apps on cloud hosting.
