Multi-Platform Service Booking App

I’m building an on-demand platform that works much like Wag, only for a different vertical. I need the complete product suite—native iOS and Android apps plus a responsive website—all sharing one backend and database.
Core features
• Secure user profiles with account creation, verification and basic in-app messaging
• Real-time booking and scheduling with push/email notifications and calendar sync
• Integrated payments, payouts and basic transaction history (Stripe or a comparable gateway)
Look & feel
The interface should be modern and sleek: clean typography, generous white space, smooth micro-interactions and native gestures. Think Uber-level polish rather than a template-driven MVP.
Scope of work
1. Design: Produce high-fidelity mobile and web mocks, style guide and clickable prototype before any code begins.
2. Development: Build the iOS app (Swift or React Native), Android app (Kotlin or React Native) and a mobile-first web app. Share a single REST/GraphQL API with role-based authentication.
3. Backend: Set up the server (Node.js, Django or similar), database, admin console and analytics hooks.
4. QA & launch: Device testing, TestFlight / Play Store betas, web staging, production deployment and light post-launch support.
