Multi-Platform School Attendance System

I want a cloud-based school attendance system that works seamlessly on the web and through dedicated iOS and Android apps. Each time a student or staff member checks in or out, parents or guardians must receive an instant SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app push notification.

Core attendance requirements
• Automated check-in/check-out with accurate timestamps
• Manual attendance entry for authorised staff when automation isn’t possible using essl biometric machine. Model K30pro & AIFace Mars
• Daily attendance reports exportable to PDF/CSV or similar

Beyond the attendance module, the system should include an admin panel where I can manage classes, students, guardian contact details, notification templates, and view attendance analytics. I’ll provide the SMS and WhatsApp gateway credentials; integrate them cleanly so we can swap providers later if needed.

Preferred stack is flexible—React, Vue, or Angular for the web, with Flutter or React Native for mobile—so long as the UI feels consistent across all three platforms. The backend should expose well-documented REST or GraphQL endpoints, follow sound security practices, and deploy easily to AWS (or another mainstream cloud you recommend).
