Multi-Category E-Commerce Site Development

I'm looking for an experienced web developer to create a comprehensive e-commerce website. The site will feature a diverse range of products including fashion, electronics, groceries, and general items. I should be able to add and remove products based upon stock. Trending products in each category and option to change price and discounts at Admin level. Should be able to do integration with API's with Delivery partners.

Key Requirements:
- Pages: Home, Product Categories, Checkout
- User Account System: Customers must validate with OTP before payment checkout.
- Payment Integration: PayPal and UPI

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Strong understanding of OTP integration and payment gateways
- Experience in designing user-friendly, multi-category product websites
- Knowledge of security protocols for safe transactions
