Moving Company Booking Website

I run a local moving company and I’m ready to take bookings directly through my own site rather than over the phone. The site’s main job is to let visitors choose a moving date, enter their details, and receive an instant confirmation email that summarises everything they just booked.

Core functions I must have:
• Online scheduling that shows only my available dates and times
• Automatic booking-confirmation emails sent to the customer (and to me)
• A secure form that captures contact details, the move’s key information, and the customer’s preferred date and time in one smooth flow

Design can stay clean and straightforward—think clear service descriptions, testimonials, and a simple price-estimate section—but you’re free to suggest themes or builders that suit these booking features best (WordPress with a booking plugin, Wix Bookings, or a lightweight custom build are all fine if they meet the requirements).

Deliverables I expect:
1. Fully functional responsive website, ready to launch on my domain
2. Integrated booking engine with the three data fields above and email notifications configured
3. Basic on-page SEO set-up (meta titles, descriptions) so people can find us locally
4. A short hand-over guide or video that shows me how to block out dates, edit content, and pull booking reports

Once everything is live and I’ve walked through the admin panel without issues, the project is complete. I’m happy to answer any extra questions so we can get moving quickly!
