Motorcycle Rental Record Software
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a lightweight web-based system that I can open from any phone or computer—Android or iOS—so my mechanics, clerks, and I can log information on the spot.
Core functions
• Service record management – For every bike I want to record the date, mileage, specific parts replaced, cost, and upload a photo or invoice if needed. The system must let me pull up a full history by plate number or VIN.
• Daily rental tracking – Each time a bike goes out, staff should enter customer name, time out/in, kilometres ridden, and the day’s rental amount. I should then see at a glance how many days each motorcycle was on the road this month.
From those two data sets I expect the dashboard to show totals earned versus maintenance spend per motorcycle; that calculation can simply sum the figures we already enter.
Technical notes
• Interface: clean responsive web app that behaves well in Chrome, Safari, or any modern mobile browser. No native install required.
• Data: store in a secure relational database (MySQL or PostgreSQL are fine) with export to CSV.
• Access control: at minimum, an admin role for me and a staff role that can only add or edit today’s entries.
• Hosting: happy to use a low-cost cloud instance—please advise the easiest route; I can supply the server.

2. Source code and database schema.
3. A short setup guide so I can deploy or move it later.
