Motivational Gifting Quiz for WordPress

I already have every question, answer pathway, and the set of motivational gift profiles mapped out. What I need is a clean WordPress-based quiz that routes each participant through those questions, tallies their choices, and then serves a personalized result on the confirmation screen — while also emailing that same result to them automatically.

Please build it as a web form that blends seamlessly with my existing WP theme. You’re free to use a solid plugin such as Gravity Forms, WP Quiz, Formidable, or any comparable tool, as long as it lets us:
• create branching logic or scoring rules behind the scenes
• show the dynamic result immediately after submission
• trigger an email with the same result summary (Mailchimp or native WP mail is fine)

I’ll supply:
• the full question set with answer keys
• the wording for each motivational gift profile
• any brand colours, fonts, and images you might need

You’ll deliver a fully-tested, mobile-friendly quiz embedded on a WordPress page (or block), along with brief instructions so I can adjust copy or add future questions without touching code.
