We’re a startup private money lending company, Soft Lending, looking for a web developer to build a professional, high-conversion website.

Scope of Work:

5–6 page website (Home, About, Services, Loan Application Form, Contact, FAQ)

Online loan application form with conditional logic (similar to CoreVestFinance.com)

CRM integration (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

SEO optimization & analytics setup

Mobile-friendly, fast loading, secure

Hosting migration to SiteGround (if needed)

Requirements:

Proven experience building financial or lending websites

Strong WordPress or custom dev background

Experience integrating forms + CRMs

Ability to deliver a clean, modern design
