Moodle Exam Platform Development

I run an IELTS, LanguageCert, PSI, TOEFL and PTE coaching center and I’m ready to take our Moodle site to the next level. I want to start online classes, mock exams etc.

Scope of work
• Build a custom plugin that powers full mock-exam cycles for IELTS, LanguageCert, PSI, TOEFL and PTE, including:
– timed practice exams and quizzes drawn from our existing question banks
– a custom grading system that mirrors official band/score calculations
– real-time user activity tracking and detailed performance analytics with visual progress tracking dashboards
– seamless integration with selected third-party services (payment gateway, CRM, video proctoring API)

• Tweak or create a fresh theme so the UI feels clean, fast, and mobile-friendly without breaking Moodle’s upgrade path.

• Handle system integrations: single sign-on with our marketing site, automated enrolments from the CRM, and webhook-based result syncing to external reporting tools.

Acceptance criteria
– All new code uses Moodle best practices, is language-pack ready, and passes core unit tests.
– Plugin installs cleanly on Moodle 4.x and is version-locked in Git.
– Theme renders correctly on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, including responsive states down to 375 px.
– A short hand-off document and recorded walk-through are provided so my team can manage future updates.
