Monthly Website Maintenance & Rebuilds
Budget: $10 – $2,000 USD
I run six separate sites that need steady, hands-on care each month and the occasional big overhaul. Day to day you’ll keep everything current—copy tweaks, design refinements, fresh UI/UX touches, new features, security patches and performance tuning. Nothing is off-limits: if it involves content, layout, colour palettes, workflow or new functionality, I’ll look to you to handle it.
Every couple of years we also step back and rebuild from the ground up. That can include migrating away from our present shared hosting or even moving the codebase to a platform like WordPress. When that moment arrives, I’ll count on you to plan the rebuild, spin up staging, manage DNS cut-over and make sure rankings, analytics and mail all survive the switch.
Monthly rhythm
• Proactive core, plugin and security updates
• Quick-turn content edits and design/UI improvements
• Bug fixes and performance optimisation with brief report so I can track what was done
Occasional large projects (roughly bi-annual)
• Full site redesign or re-platform, including wireframes or prototypes where useful
• Data migration, URL mapping, SEO safeguards and go-live support
• Post-launch monitoring for two weeks to catch edge-case issues
