Modern Responsive Website Build

I need a skilled front-end developer to craft a clean, modern website that adapts flawlessly to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens. The build is limited to HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and JavaScript—no heavy frameworks—so the code stays light, readable, and easy for me to maintain later.

Scope
• Pages: Home, About, and Contact.
• Style: crisp modern aesthetics in a cool palette of blues, greens, and purples that feels current without being distracting.
• Home page extras: a responsive slideshow/carousel for hero content, a section for featured articles or products, and a testimonials block. Smooth transitions and lazy-loading images are important for performance.
• Contact page: fully marked-up form (Name, Email, Message) with client-side validation; I’ll wire it to the backend myself after delivery.
• Cross-browser testing (latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and WCAG-friendly semantics.
• Commented source files and brief setup/read-me so I can deploy instantly.

Deliverables
1. Complete, well-structured HTML/CSS/JS files.
2. Any images, icon sets, or font links used.
3. A short hand-off document covering file structure, colour values, and how to swap placeholder content.
