Modern Responsive Website Build

I’m putting together a small three-page site—Home, About, and Contact—built only with clean HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript. The look I want is unmistakably modern: lots of breathing room, crisp lines, and a blue-and-white palette that carries consistently from desktop down to mobile screens.

On the Home page I’d like a simple welcome text section that introduces the brand; no sliders or news feeds—just an elegant hero area with concise copy. The About page can reuse the same visual language while presenting a short story block, and the Contact page needs a standard form (name, email, message) that validates in-browser and sends data to a placeholder endpoint so I can swap in my backend later.

The finished code should:

• Render fluidly on common breakpoints—from large monitors to small phones—using responsive CSS rather than frameworks.
• Keep assets and styles modular so I can expand the site later.
• Follow semantic HTML for accessibility and SEO basics.

Zip up the project with all source files, a brief README explaining folder structure, and any build/run instructions so I can drop it straight onto my hosting. I’m ready to move as soon as you can outline your approach and timeline.
