Modern Portfolio Site Build

I want a sleek, modern portfolio website that feels effortless for visitors and just as easy for me to maintain. The site needs three core sections—About Me, Projects, and Contact—each laid out responsively so they look sharp on phones, tablets, and desktops alike.

Front-end work should be done with clean, standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; if you prefer a lightweight framework that keeps everything fast and maintainable, feel free to bring it in. On the back end I need simple content management: a way to add or edit project entries and have them render automatically in the Projects gallery, plus a secure mail-to-email function on the Contact page.

Please handle cross-browser testing, basic SEO tags, and deployment to my hosting once we’re ready to launch. At hand-off I expect full source files, clear setup notes, and a brief walkthrough so I understand how to update content going forward.
