Modern Personal Portfolio Website
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to build a sleek online presence where I can present my Web Development and Content Writing work alongside a small, regularly-updated blog. The overall look should feel modern and clean—think strong typography, generous white space, and smooth responsive behaviour on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Core requirements
• A home page that immediately introduces me and funnels visitors to either my project gallery or my blog.
• A project section that lets me add, edit, or archive Web Development and Content Writing case studies without touching code. Each case study needs room for images, rich text, and external links.
• A blog area with simple post-creation tools (markdown or WYSIWYG is fine) and automatic categorisation/archiving.
• Contact details or a short form that sends messages straight to my email.
Technical preferences
I’m flexible on the stack; WordPress, a headless CMS with Next.js, or another lightweight solution all work as long as the admin experience is beginner-friendly and the front-end is blazing fast. Clean, well-commented code, SEO-ready markup, and clear instructions for future updates are essential.
Acceptance criteria
1. Fully responsive build passes Google Mobile-Friendly Test.
2. Lighthouse performance, accessibility, and SEO scores each hit 90+.
3. I receive a brief video or written hand-over showing how to add new projects and blog posts.
Let me know your suggested approach, timeframe, and any recent examples of similarly styled portfolios you’ve delivered.
