I’m launching a gated-township plot project and need a sleek, conversion-focused website that captures and nurtures leads from day one.

Core build
• Pages: Home, About Us, Project, Blog (News), Contact, plus a placeholder for future Testimonials.
• Clean, modern visual style with responsive layouts and fast load times.
• Special bookmarking feature so visitors can save favourite plots for easy return visits.

Lead engine
Every enquiry form must fire an HTML email to the prospect and to me simultaneously, confirming details and verifying the address. Lead tracking will be managed through these email notifications—no external CRM for now.

Chat & messaging
Integrate live chat and a WhatsApp widget that can automatically answer three basic questions: Plot availability, Pricing details and the Booking process. I’d like the option to jump in manually when needed.

Visibility & analytics
On-page SEO fundamentals, schema markup, Google Analytics/Search Console hookup and SEM-ready tagging should be in place so I can launch paid campaigns immediately.

2. Automated email workflow delivering to both parties without fail
